Thank God it’s Friday… Whew Hoo…
Today we’ll keep it to one meal and clear fluids. Hopefully it’ll be easier that Wednesday! Here’s to changing habits.
Last night made a low-cal Bolognese – called Lightened Bolognese. After being initially skeptical, took took the plunge and it was really yummy. I added a couple too many onions and used sliced sausage links, but it worked. A clients’ daughter turned me on to recipes from Cuisine magazine, any that I’ve had are excellent. This particular recipe was from the Feb 2011 Cuisine at Home, Lightened Bolognese.
On the menu tonight is a Lite Alfredo Sauce (from the same Cuisine at Home) with a nice salad. We’ll add some broccoli.
Keep your fingers crossed that it’s as good as last nights fare!
