To close the loop on two things…
First… The Lite Alfredo Sauce was a hit. The Feb 2011 Cuisine at Home has some low cal recipes that are 2/2 to our taste buds. This time we threw in some broccoli when the pasta finished. Maybe next time some chicken and a little more garlic, that’s a personal thing. If you’re a pasta fan, give it a try and let me know how you make out.
Second… Wish I could say the day went as planned, but alas… I had to give in to lunch. Tried some tea but my stomach was singing (ok… screaming) so gave in to some yogurt for lunch. Even so… it was progress so I’ll take it.
