Have you ever found that things are better than you had expected?
Of course you have!
I’m a pretty tough person in some respects, high expectations. Every day is filled with a reality check. It can be tough to live up to (& with) those high expectations.
The Up side is that high expectations help you to achieve.
The Down side is that sometimes they can be tough to meet.
Maybe you experience that?
I stepped on the scale this morning, expecting it to be on the high side. Reality said that I’ve been enjoying a little too much and moving a lot too little!
Wasn’t I surprised at the story the numbers told… better than I thought!
It must be my Spring Cleanup. Rather than have someone come in and clean up the yard, I look at it as a workout. put my headphones in my ears and set my alarm for the allotted workout time and get to work. In the end, it keeps me (gets me) moving and gets the work done. Definately a win-win!
The lesson is that it’s great to have high expectations, but reality is required to manage those expectations!
To keep it healthy.
“Better than I thought” gifts are a great way to start the day!
Enjoy!
