Took a break from TGIF posts for a while. Mostly because sometimes you have to change it up. I know it’s Halloween but I’m feeling more philosophical than ghoulish this year!

Yes, I get bored easily. Oh well!

Today, I’m especially thankful as I inch closer to the 50th year (next week- yikes) for all the blessings in my life.

For the people & family & acquaintances & friends.
For the experiences – yes, especially the challenges.
For the opportunities – yes, for the paths not taken or maybe circled back.
For the health.
For the adventures…

Life is short… it’s what you make it.

It’s about the choices you make, given what you know at the time.
Some spot on, others not so much.

It’s about the people who you help and help you to get there.
Especially when they make you crazy…

It’s about the adventures…
Because what would life be without them?

Wow, I’ve been so darn blessed and lucky… the most at times when I didn’t think I was. Crazy how that works.
