What??!!??!! Hear me out…
an adventurous life takes a certain amount of pain tolerance.
Physical or mental.
Something that sends your head into gyrations can be the same as running your first (or fiftieth) mile.
A wise man once shared the quote “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyways.” It was… and is much more than a quote. It’s a life philosophy.
When I started training for that half marathon, I changed it to “Feel the Pain and Do It Anyways.”
Ok, you know I mean within reason.
The point is, there’s a certain level of discomfort, of pain, of fear to anything in life – adventurous or not.
That pain, discomfort, fear is the sign you’re doing something significant. Or maybe just doing something.
Run that next mile, set that next goal…
“Feel the Pain and Do It Anyways!”
