On this Fourth of July, the birthday of our country, I’m thankful for the life we live in the US.

For the freedoms we celebrate and thrive within, for the relative security we live that life under. I’ve never lived outside of the US, although I have traveled outside the US and spent time with business associates and friends temporarily relocated for business. My myopic perspective is what it is. We are lucky and blessed by many aspects of our daily lives.

While we can argue politics and religion, we live in a country where there are many freedoms and most anyone can live to be President. A lifestyle that it can be easy to take for granted.
