This week was another down week. After the tendonitis diagnosis, I dutifully took time off. Loosing all the training progress I’ve made so far. Ok, maybe a little dramatic here but it feels like it.
I’ve kept up with my arm weights, stretching, planks & squats, etc. I’m such a newbie, not quite sure what is good and what will harm.
Walked a couple miles over the weekend at the Shamrock. Felt it a little, but nothing out of the ordinary. Will start walking on the treadmill so hopefully running will be this weekend. We’ll see what PT says.
No more runs scheduled until I can get back to a reasonable 5K. Poor Porter, he’s been such a good sport running my plan. Oh well… 🙂
