After the 10K last weekend, those hills were a workout! Took Monday & Tuesday off – trying to get things wrapped up for some vacation time – later this week and into next.
Need to keep with the training and get some recharge time. That does should like two ends of the spectrum – just different energy.
Training is going well now, in this instant… and hopefully for the next weeks! 🙂 I’m working to keep the cross training going so everything improving. Trying to balance the effort so I don’t wear out my running muscles.
We pulled the plug on a hot tub. Well, we’ve been looking at them for years but finally I think we could really use one. You know… training aid and all :). We also bought a couple of canoes… again looking for years… now cross training. I didn’t include paddling but you’ll see it next week. It is so much fun. Great investment. Lot of work but great investment!
