Mine (ours) is the Buffalo Half Marathon Memorial Day weekend. It’ll be tight training wise but… a good goal for a nice run.
It’s been a time out for running the past couple months – what started as a little foot pain turned into Morton’s Neuroma. A shot and shoe pads and I’m back pounding the pavement – or the treadmill. The treadmill has been a softer (and more weather friendly) restart.
The ultimate goal is that full… so there’s strength and stretching along with the running.
