Whoo hoo! A great running week 6 mile long run on the books so The Boilermaker will be real. Yay!
And the run felt good. No toe probs… so there’s that. Pretty psyched.
That training fear of not being where you want to be… well, that’s the story of my running these days but the only thing that counts is starting and finishing. Time, well right now the concern is getting miles on the pavement and being healthy. The rest of it comes with time and miles.
Just keep going…
This week was an epic picture fail, sorry 🙁
Here’s a couple from a fund raiser on the Little Rock. We had never been on was the highlight of the day. We live in WNY and in Buffalo on the Buffalo River is our Naval and Serviceman’s Park. A cool place to pay homage to our Servicemen & women.

Love being on these ships. This is the front deck, wish the lighting let you see the guns. Some big guns.
Because you always need a selfie.
The sunset was interesting. For the past week or so, the sunsets were flaming pink… except this night. Cool clouds though.
We rode a local fundraiser, one of the nations largest bike event. We rode a 20 mile out and back to the Niagara River. Just a few sprinkles… check out those clouds. Not pretty!
Doesn’t matter the weather, always a great day!
