My biggest obstacles these days are body parts… knees and backs.
This time it’s my right knee. That shooting pain down the center of my knee cap started about 10 days ago.
This Saturday, I’m on a team for one of the mud runs. it’s a 5k with 8 beautiful, muddy obstacles.
So have pulled back on the running for a little bit to get to Saturday and then will take care of things for longer term. Primary, PT, chiropractors are all in my future.
Here’s to pulling all the stops on Saturday.
