Yesterday was an easy day. Or it should have been.
Last night I had a tough time after (doing so good) talking us into staying home for dinner instead of ordering a quick, yummy, no effort pizza… and then after all that good, I did give in. Gave in to a small root beer float that has been calling be for a couple days, to a couple pieces of licorice.
But I did run, stretch, do arms & abs in the morning (attempt at rationalization…)
Some days are just harder than others. I’ll do better today…
Today I am at my lowest yet 154.5
